When I make something I document what worked. All recipes are work in progress forever. Recipes are organized primarily for my own convenience.
Recipes that taste good fresh, but are also versatile and do well in the fridge. Great for practicing since you can cook and store them even if it's not time to eat. Cook a different one each day and combine with leftovers.
Meals that might do fine as leftovers but you wouldn't make extra on purpose.
